What we count: drawing sheets — any page with a title block, at any size. Full-size, half-size 11×17, A3: a sheet is a sheet. Specifications, schedules, addenda, reports and other document pages are read but never charged. A DWG or DXF adds nothing to the price: when a PDF is included, the PDF is what we price and measure, and the CAD file only verifies dimensions. The building is ours. We drew this set ourselves — sixteen sheets of a
hall that does not exist — so that every page we show you is ours to give. A client's drawings
are never published, and neither is anyone else's.
Two things differ from what you receive. The workbook here is watermarked and
read-only, and its unit-cost cells are empty: your delivered file arrives with an indicative
rate already in place wherever we hold a published one. Where the drawings could not answer,
lines say SOURCE INSUFFICIENT instead of guessing — you will find that in the sample too.

What we deliberately leave out, and why. A draft contract (a binding agreement drafted by non-lawyers), a schedule (derived from our line count, which is a property of our document rather than of your building), a submittal log (it presumes an approval workflow we do not know), a proposal (you write your own) and a slide deck (its polish would overstate the work). Eight documents in total are named and refused in our own packager rather than quietly missing.
